This should have been a very good recommendation for gifts on special occasions BUT VERY POOR SERVICE FROM THE STAFF AND THE SUPERVISOR/MANAGER AT SHANGRI-LA PLAZA. We purchased quite an amount last week and agreed to be delivered in our office today. But when they called us earlier, they said it is for pick-up and they do not deliver...they will charge an amount if it will be delivered. When we bought the items and paid, they said its free delivery and they only need someone from us to show where our location since they do not know our address. Bottomline: they no nothing in Ortigas area where they work and where they have delivery service with costs...they will surely know addresses. They say yes and promise you with good thoughts but will reverse it afterwards, bad practice on business. Lastly...Shangri-la Plaza is an upscale mall, the staff do not fit the place and its customers since their attitude are for the market only. NO STAR to these Branch...i just need to click the star so to post this.
