Poor service.. but the security guards here are nice and accommodating.. they are more reliable than sky's customers' representatives..

NO STAR. BECAUSE THEY DON'T PROVIDE ANY SERVICE. THEY HAVE AN EMAIL INBOX WHICH IS ANSWERED BY A DIFFERENT PERSON EVERY TIME. NO SUPERVISOR WHO IS REVIEWING CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS. NO RESPONSE ON FACEBOOK MESSENGER. LACK OF PHYSICAL OFFICE WHERE YOU CAN GO TO FIX THE PROBLEM. THEIR CABLE CHANNELS ARE BUNDLED SO YOU GET ONE GOOG CHANNEL AND A BUNCH OF USELESS CHANNELS. THEY HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO THIS SERVICE.

No official customer service line. Forced to use Twitter to air your issues, and you get acknowledged HOURS later. Same with email. Repair teams are never on schedule, and worst, they make up alibis to cover up their incompetence.
The most worse service ever. Paying for 120Mbps and getting barely 10Mbps. Customer Service is completely useless due to no knowledge and cannot provide solutions. On January 5 the problem reported and service team scheduled for January 15 between 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM. Nobody showed up and the Customer Service agent of today can only try to reschedule within the next 2 weeks. But if it comes to payments this fraudulent company want to collect for their services they cannot provide.

Its very accomodating personnel and customer service...they do act as much as possible in any problem of the service.
