I've been living here for the better part of four years and dont see any reason to leave...at least for the moment. The Shangrila Group have been consistent with ALL their offerings be it residential or the hotels. Mr. Kwok, the hard nosed hands of steel terror at the helm of Shang has been successful at keeping the projects aligned with the brand image which of course is Paradise. To say one lives in paradise means, in its most literal translation means heaven. The One Shang experience may not be the Heaven we hope for but n my opinion its my piece of heaven here on Earth. To my knowledge since the start of the pandemic there has only been a single infection who has since recovered. Congratulations. Yes its a strict bldg but thats the way I like it. Be safe. Dont believe everything you hear. Be your own boss.
Very strict security with a nice lounge and pool on the 10th floor! Place has big function rooms as well to cater for meeting and events! Need to find outside catering and table/chairs rental though
The place is very accessible, cozy, looks elegant. Thats all I xan say. I never checked in here thou.

Yeah yeah its a luxury condominium. But what makes it great there are the warm and friendly staff everywhere. Also, check out the view from up there.
Very poor service for residents. Short cashier hours, no water delivery service, no parking for guests. Restrictions and penalties. If you have servants to take care of that, it's fine. If you have to take care of it yourself, you better find a condo with friendly staff. Interior is nice of course. Oh, and your elevator is frequently stopped by cleaning service. Just annoying.
This is a residential condominium! Common areas n car parks r not accessible to outsiders! If resident book the ballroom venue it's their responsibility to coordinate with the concierge staffs.... Air BnB r not allowed in this property They will be turned away without explanation as owners were already informed of the consequences Owners will be penalise 100000 peso per night if caught doing air BnB...
