I went here to get my refund from Converge. The lady was accommodating.

I contacted LBC to check if this branch is open today, they said it was. When I arrived there the branch is closed and I asked from the people around that they have confirmed that the said branch has not been opened since the lockdown in March 2020.
Could be much better with customer service. I know sometimes working is hard but as a front desk you are expected to be nice most of the time. I visited this branch 3 times and I always had a problem with their staff being rude. One reason why I choose other option for cash remittance. LBC though has a strict guidelines making you feel more secure with their service. I just hope they’d be trained for customer service too. Management of LBC, please read this.

I went there Thursday 11:30am April 16, 2020. It was close.
Too early to close. I went there 6pm thursday because google search said closes at 7pm mon-fri. When I came the counter said they're closed and when I gone out the sign on the door said mon-fri 8am-7pm.
The staff are very approchable and friendly..
