Disappointing food and Poor Customer Service. Rider and the staff who answer the phone doesn't know how to manage the issue. No wonder why they have low rate. Jugno's Mandaluyong Branch doesn't deserved even 1 star. Their store and most especially their kitchen need to have the following to be check: Workplace Sanitation 1) Food Safety 2) Sanitation 3) Personal Hygiene Lesson learned • check the rating first before you order • Inspect the whole pizza upon arrival We got the best pizza topping, a cockroach (take note, 1 cockroach alive and 1 dead cockroach) Ordered from their Mandaluyong Branch

They told me the order will be ready in 30 minutes so I waited in their small store. An hour passed already and when I followed up, the cashier said my pizza order wasn't even in the oven yet because they prioritized the deliveries. Don't come in here as walk-in, they don't prioritize it! Their customer service isn't helpful either!

The restaurant is known for their delivery, Have a 20 inch pizza delivered or the 36inch pizza.. Delivery rate is 120 pesos for both sizes.. The Coke 1.5 L is 65 pesos... The pizza will come with dips namely ranch and pesto tomato the Famous Flavors can include Italian sausage or pepperoni or the spicy taco Pizza can come in a 4 Flavors in 1, Add extra cheese and toppings for a reasonable amount... Delivery takes a couple of hours...

Parking is a bit problematic. The resto design itself does not inspire. Crew is very accomodating. No diet soda though. Flavors are good and they have even have dipping sauces for your pizza. If you want really hot pizza for dine in like we do, tell them to make the first half of their 36-inch first then serve the rest later. Their oven only fits half of the pizza at a time.

I love their sour garlic sauce

I REAAAAAAAALLY LOVE the flavors and the dips. But what i dont like is the Crust / bread because it reminds me of the bread that they would use for those vendor pizzas. Yeah there are like no left over crust and if there is, you can just dip it into a lot of their flavorful Dips! I recommend, but if they can change the Bread/Crust they would go High. Cuz the price that you will pay when you ask for it to be delivered, will be the same price as you would get like an SNR pizza thats gonna be dine in but heck how much will it cause for a delivery or take out? Around 50pesos just for the Pamasahe back and forth.

My former office enjoyed every monster-sized pizzas we ordered here. Even the sauces supplied were good, especially that one that tastes like garlic. What brought down my rating was their place in Mandaluyong. That place where the pizzas are being made. I should have not seen it. It's a turn off. They should refurbish the place & make it impressive, at least more presentable. Update: Our family ordered pizzas lately & my kid liked them. This is something because the kid is a picky eater.
