Went there as they opened, and was taken care of right away. Very friendly staff, and answered all my questions. I use Globe for my internet at home, and also my cellphone. Their service has been good for me so far. Give them a try. I think you will be happy.

Very poor customer service. Which reflects the company. Because it is the company that allows services like this to continue.. you pay for their service every month yet they treat their customers like garbage. Hope more telcos open soon

I was assisted immediately by Globe rep at the store. I added a new line of service and it took quite a long time - 2 hours and 45 mins to get a new Iphone 12. I'm happy with my purchase though the Globe rep may have forgotten to give me a summary of my transaction (plan inclusion, bill coverage etc). GlobeOne app sucks. Please have some of your reps be available over the phone via 211 hotline. Such a hassle to open a ticket through the app and wait 3 to 5 days for a callback

While there is free WiFi and kiosks to check on new mobile units, I just find the place cramp and trying hard to be stylish. I am very confused if I am in an apparel store or in a telecom store because of the promotion items then Star Wars and Disney merchandise. When I ask the person who gives out the queue, he doesn't know their system and process. This is very inconvenient. Do not come here... it will take hours!!!!

Horrible Internet service with skyrocket fees but still the slowest connection. Can't even reach at least one (1) Mbps and latency keeps over 100, even when using their Wi-Fi connection, service still worst. Intermittent connection is experience even you're in Metro Manila, more so far flung areas. The company doesn't have the plan to improve service until reprimanded by no less than the President of the Philippines. This company sucks!
