Went here around 3pm. The lady who manned the desk made me fill out all forms by hand and their delivery guy was picking up the parcels on the mall floor, as if he was eyeing me when i will be finished. Once ive paid for the package and waiting for my receipt, the lady gave a go signal to their delivery that he can go. Didnt even wait for my package since the lady didnt put it in a fedex bag yet, and its been three days since ive sent the package but there's still no tracking number available in the website. These guys in Megamall even charged me more (package value of 10 costs more than a 16 which ive sent before?) than the first time ive sent something to US. The one in Lerma is much better. They type the information for you and also cost me lesser than this one. Disappointing
