DIAMOND Tower is very accesible to important places like malls , market hospital and any other hotel. When it comes to.building itself the cleanliness is well.maintained . The rooms ars spacious. And unlike any other hotels cooking and washing of clothes inside rhe units are allowed.

I just love the roof deck, pool & gym especially at dusk til night. Location is friendly as its very near the mrt station, buses and jeepneys to all points of the metro, and its walking distance to other malls
Units are a bit too small. Guard isn't friendly and helpful, quite snobbish. The rooftop is great, wide area and has a good view. The actual units can only be recommended to singles or couples who are okay with living in a cramped space.
Great central location! A quick stroll to the MRT Shaw station. But their elevators keep breaking down so it is very inconvenient for those residing at the 6th and 7th floor. Also, I find their electricity charge too high. When I stayed here, the Meralco rate was P9.66 but the management was charging P12.50/kwh.
Elevator and its buttons were not entirely functional. For about a month or two. The garbage chute is always smell on every floor.
To start with place seem okay..but was very invested with cockroachs..charge you double for ur electric ..bills up to 6.000 peso for month.the 3 months I stayed there my bill was over 15000 k.for water fees electric..rent was 42.000 k..ment to be furnish..only electric things that work was the fridge and air conditioning...walls we're dirty cable hanging holes in walls ..worse things was the infest of cockroachs.u ask landlord to spray to kill them u were told u are renting the stuido u pay for spraying..beware of this place..
Accessible to EDSA, to Malls (Megamall, Shangrila, Starmall, Forum, Galleria etc) and tranaportation is easy..
Very accessible to public transportation and in the middle of the Metro
