Same here. They came to \fix\ a clog and a leak. Leak was not fixed but the intervention cost 6,500. They've committed to do a back job; the back job is due today, but last we heard they, and I quote, \cannot commit to a time (of intervention) even if the sewage is overflowing inside our house\.
I called for back job and they are charging me for new sevice. Very very poor service will not recommend for a friend or relative.very disappointed
