Rented here for year. way too strict..like as an example they wouldn't allow you to enter or leave the premises if you had a suitcase without approval from the owner. People missed flights trying to leave cos security would not allow you. Also some of the receptionists are really rude. We were trying to leave early one morning and they were not allowing us to leave with my newborn cos we had a suitcase of our clothes. Reception and security guards were just laughing at us during the whole ordeal. Hated this place.

All front office is horrible. especially Rachel delacruz who is extremely unprofessional, rude, and bad at her job. she will ignore guests, roll her eyes, refuse packages upon delivery, and is entirely unhelpful. I would avoid this facility at all costs as it is poorly run and inadequate. I am also advising against staying here for all my expat friends and colleagues. AVOID. there are other locations that are in the same or better price with less hassle.
Considering it is not that expensive, this place is great. Not far far behind with other 4/5 stars hotel. No restaurant though but with free breakfast.

At this condo, I saw a foreign resident, he tried to go out just now, and he was rushing to the supermarket before it's closed, yet the staff working at concierge said he is not allowed to go out without surrendering his ID, however, as far as I know, there is not updated order after the one announced on March 15th 2020. And those guys said they are just following orders and it's president's order, yet I asked them for the copy of the proof, they couldn't provide it. Did they just bluff or there is actually such an order in place? I didn't know condo can ask residents to surrender ID for just going out.
Good place if you don't plan to use MRT a lot. Easy to flag a taxi. Loads of restaurants to choose from. Very good location in Makati. Very clean and secured. Receptionists and guards are very helpful. I just don't like that they don't have a garbage room. They collect the rubbish at certain schedule. The kitchen is a bit small.

I have stayed there for a week. Whose idea to put aircon ccndensers under the floor of the master bedroom? The place is nice, but the noise and heat ruined the who experience.
