Nothing weird nor special, close to a few shopping mall, there's a sunday market nearby too, pretty convenient enough

Enjoying my stay at Grand Soho Makati. Accessible to Glorietta, Greenbelt, Landmark, Sm Makati , Makati Medical Center, & Asian Eye Institute , most of the places which I frequent to when I am in Makati. There are also high end and affordable restaurants around the vicinity of the condo, which are all walking distances from the building. And if you don't feel like riding to the big malls, there is the Jazz Mall which is only a few steps from the condo where you can have your groceries & other daily needs. The St. Andrew Parish Church is also walking distance from the condo..Most of all, the staff are courteous and approachable. The condo's security is great!!!!
Worst place to live ever. All because of the very unreasonable staff, unreasonable policies. They would rather let the customers suffer just to keep their stupid rules. I waited 5 hours outside their building with my clothes and kitchen stuff all prepared to move in. All because they said i am lacking authorization letter. When in fact i have already entered the unit an hour ago to move my things. Purely stupid. They didnt even offered troley or offered us to wait inside on their lobby. You will feel very unwelcomed. Also their appliances are too old and not working. Their water is not working. It would take forever for them to fix broken things in your unit. Please save yourself by choosing other places to stay. This is even far from shopping malls

Impolite staff, got 1 receptionist staff very rule while talking. Condo rules always made very difficult to the tenant.

１年契約で住んでいた。ロケーション問題ない。買い物・タクシー・レストランなど。プールは小さいのでスイミング向きではない。JAZZ Residence側（北側）のバルコニー付きがお勧め。ただし部屋と部屋の仕切り壁が合板なので、隣人が音楽をかけたり話し声などがよく聞こえる。私は３０１０号室で安価（Ｐ１９０００）だったが、隣人のユニットオーナーのオーストラリア人男性（退職者で独身）が夜中に大音響で音楽を聴いたり、毎夜女性を連れ込むので眠れず、常にセキュリティに電話して注意突起してもらっていた。写真にあるキッチン下の汚水を一旦溜めるトラップ箱が臭い。光熱費請求書にも注意が必要。よく確認する事。契約終了後のデポジット回収にも約４ヶ月掛かった。アドミンが聞かず言わざるの現地人特有の悪徳業者。退室の際に立会いし、すべてクリアーな状態でも言葉巧みに言い訳をし、返金に応じない。もの凄くストレス。日系の仲介業者（イブル：担当者、椛、ｃｃ：で常にマネージャーの橋）に入ってもらっていたが、こちらも何度も何度も催促して、やっと回収出来た。契約終了後に帰国などの予定がある人向きではない。
