The place was good. Parking is available if you'll bring car. Supermarkets and variety of restaurants are around the vicinity. Lobby attendants and Receptionists are accommodating. Amenities are good and the suite we booked was worth the price. Its a two bedroom suite with kitchenette, dining and living areas. Beds are comfortable, wifi and cable TV are available. An interior facelift would be great to give the place a more cozy feel; never the less the place is good for staycation or even a vacation if you're coming from outside metro manila.

This is a popular place for locals to do a staycation. Lots of noisy kids playing in the pools. The service was fine and the spa is worth a visit. The location is good. However the room was very dated - as though it has not been updated since the 1970s (although the mattress was fine and I've seen worse). That could be forgiven however the worst part was the noise from outside late at night. Not sure if it's only weekends but first there is the noise from the bazaar. That probably ended by midnight which could be tolerated. But then there is a club where masses of people come out into the street and taxis block each other on a narrow road. There were non stop blaring horns between 3am to 4:30 am from their little traffic jams. It was actually bordering on the absurd. I don't know how that can be tolerated by anyone wishing to get some sleep. For that reason alone I would not return to this hotel. Perhaps a room on another side would be fine. Local authorities should try to do something to manage that traffic problem so the hotel's guests can avoid that terrible nuisance. They really should update the rooms too - I think the price is high for the quality.

Paid about 3500 Philippine Pesos per night. What you would expect to get for that price in the U.S. but little pricey for Manila. For a comparable price, you could do much better in other hotels or rental condos. There is a live music venue just in front of the hotel. This is not the right location if you are sensitive to noise.

Bad service at the pool, waited 25 minutes for a bath towel and never got it. Nice concierge and front desk staff. The restaurant is a rip off for breakfast
