Went to this place to get my car’s aircon fixed. Turns out this place is like Carsavers which requires that you leave your car and they will do diagnostics when they have the time. The indifferent man behind the desk insisted I should go back to where I usually get my aircon fixed. This place could be good for you if you’re not in a hurry.

I was a recipient of superb customer service from Summit Auto Care Zone, from the customer care representative who answered my inquiries on the phone to the guard who greeted us and guided us where to go and to the employees at the emission testing area. There were no lines at the time (around 1pm) so the whole process took around 5-10 minutes. To those who are planning to renew their car registration at LTO Makati, don't bother doing your emission tests at the Tower Emission Center (which is near the LTO office), where lines are super long and some of the employees badly need training on professionalism and customer service. Get your car tested at Summit Auto Care Zone before going to LTO. Fee is only 480 pesos versus Tower Emission Center's 430 pesos.
