Checked in wrong type of room. why? 1. After giving ID, reception repeat type of room check in which is difference name. 2. 3 room Booking with Balcony will not get all balcony because its depend on how lazy of reception thats not able to change, alternate or whatever. 3. Upon checked in reception informed all facilities are free of use especially basketball. But once you at front of the court..you must pay!! This is wrong info. 4. Using swiming pool is free but need to pay your own towel 100peso each which is not informed upon checked in. There a good are 1. Bowling lane 100peso/person/game 2. Shoe rent 20peso 3. Super thin sock 20peso
