In the midst of covid, requirements change so frequently for almost every country. However, the team in the Royal Thai Embassy in Manila don't seem to sleep and process submissions late into the evening. When lining up at the Embassy, there was always barely any wait. Plenty of seats and cold aircon. Guards are very kind, always check your temp and remember returning applicants. While I do wish they answered their phone lines more and are open more than 3x a week, they were still very helpful and accomodating given the circumstances. They were always on top of every flight cancellation (it happened to us twice) and always reminded us to re-submit our documents for the certificate of entry. They did their best to help us get our requirements on time.

It is easy. Provide all the requirements in the morning from 9 to 12. There are several copy centers nearby just in case you need it and pick up your passport two days later. do not forget for nothing in the world the slip at the time of picking up your passport, otherwise the girl at the window will treats you like a h!t. They do their job efficiently but wow, the assistance I received was very unpleasant. Kinda feel sad for such a unhappy girl.
I have renewed my Type O visa here the last five years now. Highly, highly recommended. The Consulate offices are easy to locate, offices are clean, air conditioned, plenty of seating available, staff are polite and helpful when submitting visa applications.
Be advised that the visa application became 1800 PESOS .. They increased it but it's not updated in the website .. Applying is hassle free the lady in the window was friendly and patient.. MAKE SURE TO PREPARE ALL THE PAPERWORK U NEED BEFORE GOING THERE I HAD A HARD TIME LOOKING FOR A SHOP TO PRINT MY TICKET AND NON OF THE GUARDS KNOW EACH ONE OF THEM POINTS TO DIFFERENT DIRECTIONS
Guards are strict but also polite and helpful. Very fast transaction and straightforward embassy. No hassle at all. Good system with applications. Thank you
Fast application processing and no queues. Note: for tourist visa both entry and exit tickets are required and hotel booking covering whole period of stay.
