Located at the 3rd floor. You have to surrender your ID on the reception before you come to the 3rd floor. The VISA transaction I did was smooth and fast. The staffs are friendly.

I applied the Singapore visa here. There are many ways to contact them, but hotline doesn’t work well, I couldn’t reach them by phone, and Facebook chat takes some time. So the best option is to visit their office. Agent who manages Singapore visa, very pleasant and beautiful girl, I enjoyed being assisted by her. So thank you rajah travel! P.S. I don’t know why it takes 5 working days when it clearly should be out in one day

u200cI had their Ermita branch process my Japan visa. The application was smooth enough, not much explanation was provided, but I attributed it to me having complete documents. However, when I followed up via phonecall three days later, the girl I talked to was very unpleasant. Without even asking for my name, she informed me to follow-up after five days as per their usual procedure (which should be recommended, but not mandatory. After all, embassy approval may be secured as early as 1 day from submission). ‌ ‌I followed up the day after, and the guy I talked to was more helpful. He advised me to pick up my passport the same day (apparently, it was released by the embassy the day before; the day of my first follow-up, but since the girl did not ask for my name, she didn't know it was already released). ‌ The releasing process was also a huge waste of time. They made me wait for almost thirty minutes because only one person was handling the application and release. I mistakenly thought that picking an agency with one of the highest fees would spare me this hassle, but nope. Would not recommend. I paid Php1,500 for shit service. Better try other travel agencies instead.

the best for japanese and south korean visa. Staff are very logical and can explain the necessity of the documents they are requiring. Other travel just asked blindly and does know the significance of the request
