As usual delish foods, unfortunately all roads going is closed , hassle lang. They only have take away foods!

Just an honest review as I just got my order from Foodpanda. The chicken pie is meh, it's just like a boiled chicken and carrot with a little seasoning. The bibingka is not even a bibingka, it's a plain puto base with a slice of itlog na maalat and a bit of grated cheese on top. (I'm expecting so much on this) The dinuguan with puto and piaya on the other hand are both yummy and good.

Ordered and reserved 2 plates of Suman. I instead received got 2 plates of bikoy (?) Plus the staff wrote \Puto\ on the receipt. Neither of us clearly had no idea what a \Suman\ is

Good and affordable local food from Bacolod province.

I've tried Napoleones from other stores in Bacolod but Quan's is the best so far. We brought home 2 dozens from Bacolod last week and after finishing the first box with our children (the other box was given as pasalubong to a good friend), my wife realized that a dozen is not enough for our family. When we had the chance to go to Makati, we decided to drop by Quan's branch at Dian to buy more Napoleones. The only problem is the very limited parking space in front of the store.
