Great caring staff. Appointment needed now thanks to COVID-19 & maybe not as cheap as other places. Rockwell isn't bad but getting there may be a hassle with traffic. But bottom line, probably the best vet option in the Philippines. Period. Knowledgeable doctors plus good equipment equals excellent care for furry family members. They do also have a smaller sister affiliate in Sucat too.

It's a full service animal hospital with caring service personnel plus an animal drugstore that is stocked up.

The cat is only a skin disease, the final charge is 6920P, and we only give vitamins and body wash, and we buy other drugs. Later, when I asked the hospital, he said that the emergency cost was 2500P, but we never knew there was such a high emergency fee.It's a trap. Be careful

Appointment system is shoddy. I had a 10am appointment for dog nail cutting and when I got there was a line of 6 people who hadn't been attended to yet. How could they have placed multiple people on the same time. Paying also takes a dramatically long time. We are piling up at the waiting area with little to no social distancing space.

Rating is purely based on vet services. They have experienced veterinarians and the staff are courteous. highly recommended! Boarding could be improved in terms of keeping the dogs active but it has spacious cages and it's comforting to know that your fur baby is boarding in a hospital so if something happens you know that they will take care of your pet.

Came all the way from the south to give my dog an operation my local vet cannot do to my dog. Came there with an appointment and they had protocols in place to make sure clients are socially distanced and protected. Would definitely recommend!
