Was discouraged to try them because of the bad rating, but my experience was different. Their line was busy but I was attended to and contacted by a service rep immediately. They scheduled me for service quickly. Their tech guys came on time and brought parts already. They immediately fixed my unit. They are the only ones who diagnosed my problem correctly (after trying othe services). Good value for service. The service price a little bit more expensive but worth it for the quick response and repair.
Service Crew came with agreed time.Carried out jobs as described in clients complain and fixed all necessary.Left aircon unit in good order.
Very Accomodating
They did not inform their customers that they have moved offices and changed numbers. I am even surprised someone actually picked up the phone. There is no customer loyalty program, no customer support effort and third parties are the people who service the air conditioners. The schedule you get is based on what the maintenance crews tell you... So don't expect to get service the next day. You will wait for them to get back to you before you know. You basically revolve around them (if you even manage to reach them).
Post Sales is really bad. It's really difficult to connect with their service center.
I have a split-type inverter aircon that's 16-month old... temperatures on 20 and 17 degrees are all the same... tried calling the number on their website but seemed to be ot yer in service!\ It has been days i have been trying to call to no avail... i regret buying this brand... after-sales service is poor... warning people... not this brand please!
