Worst Service Ever. DO NOT GET THIS CATERING SERVICE. They arrived late during our function and they required to pay in full first as their “S.O.P.” (No downpayment). Their waiters are not in uniform and they were sleeping during the function. Yes, SLEEPING. They even had the audacity to hide food from us for their own benefit - food that we paid. TRUST ME, DO NOT GET THIS CATERING SERVICE.

So disappointed with the service. I booked a 6am delivery time and until 7:45am nobody came. I have to go to their store to ask for the equipments because nobody’s answering my calls, to think that they have 3 mobile numbers. My party is at 8am and the equipments I rented came at 7:50am. So much hassle!!! I tried to reach out the owner of Jojie’s after the event but she cannot be reached. Didn’t receive any apologies at all.

They require full payment BEFORE the event (around Php 36,000 for 100 pax). Our event (blessing of our building) was at 5pm, but they only finished their set-up past 6pm and food was served at 6:42 pm. They only finished the INCOMPLETE set-up because we (the event organizers, owner, and our own staff - not from Jojie's) were the ones who placed the covers on the tables and chairs. I say it as incomplete because we were supposed to have floral arrangements on top of the tables, and they did NOT provide any. We were also the ones who CARRIED said tables and chairs down the building because the waiters would either NOT help us or they would slam the tables against the walls of our newly constructed building. The waiters REQUIRE a fee PER FLOOR to carry tables and chairs (so if you have a building or house with more than one floor, don't bother) ON TOP OF THE CATERING PACKAGE even if WE WERE THE ONES WHO DID MOST OF THEIR WORK. If you call their office about it, they will tell you boxed answers. It doesn't matter if you fully paid, it doesn't matter what time your food arrived, it doesn't matter if you were the ones to set up the catering tables and chairs. To make matters worse, they will also BLOCK your phone number (or completely NOT answer your calls) after you have called about your complaint. They will also not reply to text messages. If you try their Facebook, they will not reply despite having \seen\ the message.

We ordered for 32 cocktail tables, and 46 chairs for our law school event. When they delivered the items, their personnel were so rude and didn't even help in bringing the equipment to the actual venue, the law student volunteers for the event were the ones who carried all of the stuff and assembled everything. Their staff didn't move a muscle saying that it was not a part of their job, that they were only there to deliver the items, I talked to their supervisor about the problem, and she was asking for an additional 700 pesos per personnel just to help carry and assemble the equipment. There's this issue about contacting them as well. They gave us 3 mobile numbers to contact for the delivery, none of them replies or answers our calls. That's not all, in our item request, we specifically asked for an official receipt, we paid, 2- 3 days before the event itself, when we asked for the or during the event, their supervisor told us that they can't give an or since they did not include the 12% tax. Like hello??? We paid 2-3 days before the event, and even requested for an or, and you're gonna tell us on the day itself that you can't give one? I'm still waiting for the cash bond deposit, I hope they won't screw this up. We law students don't like to complicate things.

Not responsive with the messages. They will charge you of something that is not stipulated in the \Rental Form\. Doesn't provide a contract also.
