Customer service was impeccable. They were clear, concise and were able to solve the problems I have with my phone. I wanted to give a good rating but their ceiling broke on and water came rushing to the floor soaking my pants but it's alright as I wasn't soaked too much. I was given free stuff anyways so I'm feeling pretty good that the soaked pants didn't bother me. Thank you Huawei team, specially to Faye for the excellent customer service.

After setting my appointment via the Huawei Support app they immediately assessed and fixed my phone within two hours. Their fee is reasonable and now my Mate 10 Pro works great plus I even had a freebie.
