I bought a pair of tire for my Adventure 2017. During the wheel alignment process which is free of service from them, the mechanic told me that my lower ball joint is defective. They say that this must be fix first, otherwise the wheel alignment will fail. They are charging me 4200 pesos. Good thing I refused their offer and look for other shop but unfortunately I bought a pair of lower ball joint already for 2000 pesos. My lower ball joint is ok the other shop says, there is no problem at all. The other shop has successfully done the wheel alignment without replacing or fixing any parts. This shop Hotwheels is not recommended. *** It happened the next day after purchased date because they told me to come back because there was a unit on the machine, around 11am ***
