Went in at around 4pm to apply for japan visa carrying all documents for me, my wife and 2 kids.. the customer attendant was very kind and accomodating, checked my documents and made me pay the processing fee.. after about 10 minutes, including waiting time i was done with my application.. thank you very much

Dear Friendship Tours, Since I cannot reach you with your hotlines and mobile number I need make this complaint public. This is to advise you that my passport for pick-up that is supposedly here at SM Telabastagan, City of San Fernando, Pampanga was re-routed to Cebu City. I had my VISA processed by Friendship Travel and Tours at Dusit Thani Manila at the 3rd level - 2 weeks ago. They dropped my passport for pickup last Feb 27th, only to find out that my passport was delivered to Cebu City. I chose to pay for the courier pickup via the nearest LBC for it to be convenient on my part, since I am from Pampanga. And this SERVICE IS UNBELIEVABLE. NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL! I HAD A HARD TIME CALLING the agency, they don't answer calls and it will be you as a customer/client who will keep on following up for the tracking number to them if you happen to choose the courier delivery. You had one job to do and to get my details correct, even my mobile number tagged at the LBC tracking number is wrong. This is frustrating and stressful! I'm seeking for your urgent assistance on this matter for I need my passport 'cause I have a flight to catch on March 7th, 2020! I managed to speak with the LBC team but if you could do your part to owe this mistake and bad customer service!

We’ve been traveling Hongkong and China almost every month for the last 5 years due to our online business and we personally handle our visa requirements. This time since it’ll be our first in japan, we thought of asking the assistance of a reputable travel agency and found Friendship Tours and Resorts. We submitted our requirements in the morning of 2.13 and found out we still needed 2 vital docs which we completed before their ofc hours ended. After 2 days we received a computer generated sms from them informing us that we can pick up our passports any day during ofc hours.
