The customer area is well organized and comfortable. Drinking water is also available. Parking and finding this place though is a little bit of a maze as all the roads going here are obstructed by double parked cars and are all one way. If you missed your turn, good luck finding your way back.
Please stay way buying from DMCI, their brokers are not responsible to the clients. They do not follow clients the turnover date, fleet away, and just push back all problems to clients. Even hard to reach the customer service, not immediate response from FB customer service regarding to my inquiries and appointment.
Accommodating staff, short queueing, free coffe and wifi. :)
The former Intel Manila office building in Makati. Accessible on puv commute via Evangelista St. Bangkal, Makati.
This office is very nice because it has its own dropoff point which is very good because it does not contribute to traffic. It has its own 7-11 branch and is near several restaurants.
Your company mission and vision states that you would care for the environment you work in. But your actions prove otherwise. Our street looks like it has gone through a volcanic eruption on a daily basis. And your project engineer hides from the complaints. And your team of lawyers provide the usual lip service to avoid having to fix any of the concerns. Great job DMCI.
Very poor service. Transfer of ownership of the unit took 6months to be done. You need to call their office everyday to get an update. Staff seems not to know what they were doing. And a simple, single transaction would take 2 hours because after serving one client staff will let other persons (maybe DMCI agents also) to cut the queu and would consume 30 minutes chitchatting
