I can't even give them a rating of 1 star because they do not know the real meaning of \Customer Service\. For almost 4 yrs, our application for refund is still under process, they will just get the requirements after you comply they will just junk your application.

CDC Holdings, its agents, member of the management, and customer service reps and CS head are nonresponsive to legitimate concerns of clients. I bought a RFO unit in CDC Millennium Ortigas. I trusted the project because it carries the name of Citadines hotel and Ascott. After loan takeout and many followups, I was advised by CDC customer service that I can visit the unit for ocular inspection. I arrived at the unit which was not even cleaned -- with thick dust on the floor including the rest room and fixtures, visible cracks on the walls, damaged floor panels, stray paints on the kitchen counter, and doors. Adding insult to injury, I also did the punchlist, and picture taking myself (and I was three weeks post-op). I was left in the dusty dark room (because CDC said it cannot give me any light bulb) without any ventilation. There were serious miscommunications among CDC reps. CDC CS head denied having received the concerns and photos I sent to my sales agent and reports from the building engineer. Even the VP, Ms. Charlene Chua, dismissed my concerns in the email (replied to me only once to say that the unit was turned over so I should not have any problem). But the the turnover was done subject to pending fixes by CDC which it never did deliver to this point.

Penalties and charges are wow!!!!! Without informing the client. Worst employees! Poor customer service.. instead of giving/providing satisfaction to their clients, they are giving the best stress ever! Bravo!

Not to be trusted. They charge penalties and interests without informing the buyer then surprise them with hundreds of thousands of pesos in \balances\. AVOID at ALL COSTS.
