Powerplant Rockwell Mall is a high end mall. Bruno's in Powerplant keeps this standard. Haircut cost 400 pesos and it does not yet include hair wash or the tip. Makati has other less expensive quality barber shop. Bruno's is ok as a barber shop but it does not feel premium for its price.

I was seen quickly as a walk in. The man who cut my hair did an excellent job. However he misunderstood the type of hair cut I wanted and cut it a bit short.
