Pizza were great and very afforfable
Very first time I tried this pizza, sorry to say that no one at our house is happy with the quality of the pizza. Pizza base tasted like a raw bread. Every one is so dissatisfied.

I purchased a voucher through Metrodeal. When I called their hotline and branch numbers, no one is answering. I contacted metrodeal support for assistance. After a week, support advised that they will facilitate my order instead. After getting the details, support called me back to inform me that big guys pizza cannot deliver when the voucher says they can. I should arrange the pick up through grab or foodpanda instead. You guys should not join metrodeal and the likes if you cannot fulfill the services you offer. Your misleading offers disappoint greatly. Also, do something about your contact numbers. Do not place one if you do not plan to receive orders via phone call.
No one is answering my call. I wait for an hour but no one is assisting me.
We have ordered from here twice now. The first time our order was cancelled by the restaurant because they were “busy” and this time we only got half of our order. There was little effort or care given by the restaurant to get us the other half of our order in a timely manner. Instead of delivering the missing pizzas quickly they took their time to completely start a new order and we had to wait another hour to receive the rest of our order. We will not be dining with Big Guys again.
Should have gone to the reviews and check And so it was the same. Sauce was questionable. Ingredients is so so. Crust not consistent. This is my second time to try the product. Would not come back sadly.
