10/5 stars!! First time to visit the “Emergency Room” because of my furbaby. Attending Dr was Dr JC Barrameda. He was able to explain what’s happening with my cat, what might happen, and what they can do if anything happens. Even though he only met us that moment, he had a definite plan whatever happens which gave me peace of mind leaving my cat with him. He was straight to the point, realistic, did not sugar coat things and give us false hopes. Everything was explained well, kept us updated through night and day, up until discharge. Feels like you’re really in a human hospital. Better pa nga kasi they update you throughout the night. Also witnessed an emergency case, they really did everything they can. They did not give up. Plus points because when they saw my cat had difficulty in breathing, they attended to him first before i was asked to fill out forms. Knowing that there’s a reliable 24/7 emergency vet hospital gives me peace of mind, that if anything happens, they are there. Won’t mind traveling from cavite to makati for this. Totally worth it!

Emergency pet care is one of the best in Metro Manila. Medicines are quite pricey but available for the most part. Lines can get pretty long, though.

Dr. Unson is a lovely veterinarian. He is caring, gentle and handles my dog with soft hands. The staff is also very polite, very accommodating and sweet. Highly recommended. I will not go anywhere else.

The vet was very accommodating and very pet-friendly. My fur baby never got agitated even when he is getting a shot and having his blood extracted.
Went here at 12AM and the ER is clean and comfy. The Vet on call is also very nice! Tried calling before going but no one's answering the phone, but rest assured they're open 24/7 for emergencies!
Happy to know that there is a place I can rely on to bring my furbabies in, incase of an emergency. Doctor was kind, staff was attentive. Missing one star because I wish they accepted eBanking, or Gcash. I asked about it all I was given by the receptionist was \di namin practice yan dito\. \u200d️ Anyway, still wish they would work on that. But as for their service, I'm a satisfied customer.
