The 2 stars are for the effort spent on sending information through email. Minus 3 stars for increasing the price by almost 1 million pesos just because the inquiry is coming from overseas. You cannot give people different prices based on their locations. I would only honor the price based on what is advertised or written on the Filinvest website and not the prices given by the so called agents who work for the Filinvest. These type of people lacks the integrity of a professional Realtors. This message is for the representative I have contacted yesterday 7/21/2020. I still have the decency to not even mention your name here. I hope to deal with you again, once I arrived in the Philippines. You will have plenty of time to change your ways and to learn how to act professionally. Increasing the price way too far from what was published on the Filinvest's site is a border line scamming foreigners. Luckily, I am not a foreigner and still have roots remaining in the Philippines. Besides, foreigners or not, they should be given the professional service they deserve. WARNING! If you are a Filipino inquiring from overseas, you will be subject to price gouging of some agents. They will ask you through email if you are based abroad or locally. If you say you are based abroad, they will give you the higher pricing model. I will just give my business to Megaworld where the sales representatives are always in their best characters and would never lies about the price.
