SCAM! DON'T HIRE FROM THIS AGENCY! Research first before hiring from this agency. Search Google and ask other employers who hired from this agency. It's not worth it to sue this company, it's definitely a waste of time and money. And it's so easy to change your business name (#onlyinthePhils) if I sue your company and it got closed. I even feel it's a waste of my time narrating how you scammed me! They provided a depressed Yaya, very inattentive, always staring blankly, carried my daughter like a sack of rice in her arms (even after multiple times of patiently correcting her, named Hanima). They promised a replacement, after multiple follow ups (including a lot of \waiting/passing/hanging up\ phone calls). Still, no replacement. Requested for a refund and after nth follow ups, this Michelle promised to credit it to our account by November of 2020 which never happened as well. Our lawyer discussed to us how we can go about this agency to get our refund and as I've said it's a waste of time and money. So dear employers/clients, do yourself a favor, STOP and Research first. Get your nannies from referrals.

This agency is a Modus! be careful for dealing with them, i will make a sure this agency will be close. To other complainants, please message me. I have media partner. I will also make a blog about them. I was asking for a replacement and we waited for almost 1 week since they said they dont have available maid yet, but i found out using a dummy account that they have available maid already but they do not priorities the replacement and just ignoring it. They are using their contract as excuse and to trap their clients. Please see photos below,

Responsive, however, agency fee of 15k is quite alot for each maid you get. Most applicants would act as if they had proper training. We got 2 for around 9k each with Sadly, i can say there was no training at all. Just be cautious becUse some just say whatever you want to hear as long as you get them.
Very bad agency. They are quick to collect the agency fee. Their resolution for refund has been ongoing for 2 years. They have no intention for a refund. They placed a crazy maid to me who talks by herself and to the tree. I suggest everyone should avoid this agency.
They are quick to collect the payment when you're getting the maid for the first time but if you are calling for replacement, they will find ways to put you on hold. They are just tin for the fees and don't care who they give you as a nanny or helper. Very poor service.
I have been following up regarding a maid provided by them, who stole from us for the past 2 months. They just keep on passing me around to different agents. Who always ask the same questions. Still no resolutions since then, no follow ups nothing. Just after the money.
