As an athlete and a coach, I used to think that going to physical therapy alone would be sufficient but now that I am focusing on injury prevention and health maintenance, I’m regularly going to the chiropractor and I’ve seen a big improvement primarily in my posture and gait, even sitting for long periods of time is no longer uncomfortable. The staff and doctors at Mabuhay Three Central are all very competent and accommodating which is why it is my branch of choice despite living in Sta. Mesa, Manila.

It was actually amazing and I had my first session done w/c you will actually feel the result, like you feel more relaxed, can breathe easy and the sensation of being so light. All the pain has gone in just a snap.

They cracked my neck very hard. It did help fix my neck but I was in very bad pain for 5 days after. During the exam they did some muscle tests and pulled one of my hip flexors. They recommend I come 3 times a week. It was almost 4k a visit. Very expensive

Closing down in 3 Cen. So my account got moved to glorietta's (my choice). Not a convenient location anymore. And still quite pricey. While they were in 3 Central, no weekend services which was horrible since I had to go to work.
