Hardware heaven. That's all I am gonna say. I am impressed by the range and variety of what's on stock here. I found stuff I didn't realize I needed for my small projects. The furniture and bath displays were great. You could really visualize how every piece could fit your interior design aesthetic.

I'm making a comment for all branches. I wish most of the products are available. If it's not possible, put a sign that says 'not available'. There should be some connection between branches if items are not available. And there should a person who answers the calls, especially Dau branch. The main purpose is to serve the people. But overall service is very good.

Bad experience , it's my first time to buy items on this shop but I had a bad experienced. First there employee ,they really don't know what is there promo. And what promo mechanics . I should I say they really don't know what their doing. I just bought 1 items but It takes almost 4 hours to process my purchased. and I said this is my first and last time to buy on this shop. So disappointed ️️️
