Clark Outsourcing is a legitimate company. They are in Philippines and I was a little worried. They tried to work with me but the quality of the appointments are way below average. I've done 3 orders with them expecting better quality appointment. The last order was 39 appointment. I had over 50 appointments returned due to no show, no confirmation, no income. I'm still short about 11 qualified appointments. But they gave up since they had too many returns which is not the customer's issue. I had a couple of argument with Chris throughout the term. I don't think yelling at your customer and calling him \dude\ is professional. But I might be wrong. Maybe, that's how they treat people. In fact, he apologized about that. I gave 2 stars for the effort. But I would not do another business with them.
