The spiritual \tambayan\ of the U.P. Mountaineers (UPM). The main library administration removed all the tambayans around the perimeter of the building in 2007, so there is no physical structure left. However, the club continues to meet there regularly. Downside is that in late-2018 the library admin has initiated an expansion of the parking lot and building facade, which has removed a lot of greenery. but that's not the fault of UPM (but is an important issue, environment-wise).

It's more of a meet-up place [nowadays] than a legitimate tambayan. You can only find UPM members here when they've set up a meeting or during rockstars training.
