My mom encountered a rude staff in Optha Clinic...this is staff is the one listing the ff up appointments... i will report this to Valenzuela Mayor...DOH and civile service comissiom... This happened last Dec 7 at 11 am

For a public hospital, VCEH is very impressive. The facilities are clean and updated. The nurses are polite, friendly, and great at what they do. The doctors are best. If I sense something serious is going on with my son, VCEH is my go-to place. It is also budget-friendly!
