My girlfriend lives nearby and we usually meet here. They have good food valued at good price. A place you can also chill and sip for a good drink. I love their matcha milk tea with no sugar. It tastes legit. Definitely one of the better restaurants here along McArthur Highway. Must try if you haven't been herw yet.

T-Cup Zone offers delish foods and tea's. Honestly, for the price they put up, I could say some of the food they offer are just so worth your money. I say \some\ as I have not tried all of the stuff they offer. However, the place needs to be updated/upgraded/renovated. The place looks outdated. They offer delivery but it does not cover certain areas in Valenzuela. They also have an arcade area where you can openly play. Overall, ambiance is not that pleasant but their menu and how much they charge for those outweighs all of the that -- so I don't really mind, honestly. I still find myself coming back. :)
