This subdivision is bigger than I have ever imagined. Been passing through Happy Valley many times and it was only recently i got to go inside for the first time. Lots of houses and in the upper middle class and above I should say! Secured, quiet subdivision but some of their roads need some repairs. Being in a lower elevation, the corner that goes to the village coming from the main road gets flooded after a heavy rain mostly due to clogged drainage and it becomes very challenging for cars going in or out of this place.
