If you are looking for a nice, cozy and peaceful dormitory around UPLB area, this dormitory is the one to look for. People and staff here are very friendly and approachable.

It's a really neat place. It's also kind of new and there's not a lot of residents yet, so it's quite peaceful. And you get free drinking water X3 The bathroom is really pretty compared to the other dorms that I checked. I guess part of it is because my roommate and I are the first ones to use it, but if you're really picky with bathrooms like me, it's worth a look. The room itself is not so bad, with its white walls and white floor tiles, and two light brown wooden bunk beds. But it can get pretty humid, and if you're in one of the rooms that only has a window on one side of the room, it can be pretty hard to circulate air(I chose this room because the rent is 200 pesos cheaper compared to the two-windowed rooms.) The air condition is also kind of weak, so it doesn't really help much with the humid air. So I think it would really help to get an electric fan and open the door once in a while just to let in new fresh air. They have wifi internet, but it depends on your room's location if the signal gets to your phone/computer. If it doesn't, you just have to step outside your room and it connects. This is the same with cellular data. They have this table with benches on one area of the floor so you could also sit there. They have security cameras, and fire extinguishers. And an emergency light for when there's a black out, though there hasn't been one yet since I've stayed here. The owner lives on the very top floor (I think they either live there, or it's just the room they stay in when they're here) so it's very easy to contact him. Oh yeah, they also got a canteen right next to the dormitory. Overall, I really like the atmosphere and the simplicity of this dormitory. It's not so expensive as well, definitely worth the price (which is around 2-3k per head on the rooms with roommates.) I'd be willing to pay more if I wasn't so poor haha. So yeah! :D
