After done with the installation in Baguio it was working quite well but the following day some unexpected happened and was immediately brought to the attention of the technician and the main office I requested for immediate replacement of that small part and the presence of technician as it was a matter of urgency so far nothing is happening. There were numerous delays starting from delivery and installation not to mention out of stock items and now coordination of after sales and resolving techno issues. I guess what the other people are saying in the past reviews were true. There should be a ready back up plan always for provincial installations. It seems they don’t care or don’t know that the business will hamper or time wasted is like money put into waste.
