Simply appalling service. Staff don't answer the phone or respond in a timely manner. The owner is a VIP - does not speak to customers who expect decent service and response. My grievance was simple - they had held my Hayward pump for over a month, and no communication at all. When i forced the issue they said they had received no response from Hayward. They did not know what the problem was with my pump and had to contact Hayward Then a few hours later the same day they called me and said I needed a new motherboard ( cost P20,000). Hayward were still closed in the US, (it was 3.00am in NC) so how could they know? I have complained to Hayward, who have been very helpful so far. Looks like I will solve my problem quickly, no thanks to Liquid Flow. I will post an update when resolved
