(MIHPL). It is Metro Manila’s ISO-certified train system. On 12 October 2014, LRMC signed a 32-year concession agreement with the Philippine government for the following: a. Rehabilitate, operate, and maintain the existing system of LRT-1 for safety and operational efficiency b.
