Kind and accomodating vets and personnel.. The best Vet clinic in Albay.. Must recommend to my fellow Pet Lovers.
The staff are very friendly and accomodating but one groomer is a problem for me. there are currently two groomers working in the clinic but the groomer with glasses is not very gentle when in come to grooming the pets and it pains me to see how scared and stress the dog is. It’s a good thing that the groomer who handled my baby was gentle and careful. but i feel sorry for the pets that are handled by the “harsh” groomer.
We had a bad experience with one of the doctors there. Knowing that we've traveled for almost 3hours just to visit our dog whose terribly sick, but when we got the chance to talk to her about our dog's condition, it was as if she was a bit mad. Very unprofessional, knowing the fact that we are their customer who is in need of their expertise not somebody who wants to start a scene or something.
