One of the best spots to see Mayon Volcano at the morning or at dusk. You'll see there the entirety of Legazpi City. Also a great place to jog and cycling. If you are driving a vehicle all the way up and downhill, just be really careful. Numerous accidents, already happened there.

If you want to view the entire city plus great Instagramable shots, this is a great spot to go. With elevated view of the perfect coned volcano plus the green scenery, all picture will be worth to post.
We visited the park after the rain, late in the afternoon, so it was a bit cool at the top. There were a few good spots for picture-taking. There were also some souvenir shops that were open at the time. Unfortunately, activities like the zipline was not available during our visit so I was a bit disappointed that I didn't get to ride it.
View is great, now it needs a lot of fixing up. Only 1 store is open. No souvenirs.
Nice place. You can see the whole City of Legazpi on the top of the hill. Also the perfect cone of the Mayon volcano.
If you're coming here, make sure that it has to be sometime between 4-5pm because before that, its hot af! Also bring some Cameras because the view is gorgeous, even at night! A nice place to hang out and admire the beauty of Legazpi and Mt. Mayon.
It is so fun to walk from the foot of the hill to the top, especially when you're with your friends and loved ones. The view from the top is so good. There are a lot of souvenirs and food items. The place is so accessible. Loop 1 and 2 jeepneys are available at the foot. The place is so nice. The view of Mt. Mayon and Albay Gulf is so good. You can also watch airplane landing and take-off because the airport is also visible from the top.
