If you need tranquility, this is a place to go. But you'll need to have your own food and pack 2x sweaters and socks cuz the place really gets to 17 at night.

The place is very suitable for family/group activities. We stayed in the big cottage and were provided with suitable bedding and a fireplace too, to warm the cool evenings. It has a well equipped kitchen and dining area. There is abundant water and electricity supply. The caretaker, kuya Joel, is very helpful to our requests. If you are IN for an adventure and nature trekking in the area, this is the place to stay :)

Rude and unprofessional owner/manager. Booked and paid in advance for an overnight stay in the cabin and even informed the management of our late check-in. Upon arriving, we were met with disbelief when we were expected to accept being crammed in a small room and a few tents (and pay for the additional tent and camping ground use, to add) while our supposed-to-be 30-people cabin reservation was given to another group who supposedly extended their stay WITHOUT giving us prior notice of such circumstance. We had no choice but to agree on a compromise in the end, though, since it's not that close to the city Double bookings. Rude manager. Unnecessary stress. TURN BACK!! This is the red flag you're looking for
