We availed of the 8 kgs wash and dry services. Our clothes weighted only 5 (so there’s still an allowance right?) but it wasn’t dried well and we had to hang it when we got home. It smelled really bad even though we bought Downy for it. They offered their detergent soap for 15 pesos per scoop and recommended that we just use 2 scoops since if its 3 or more and it generates a lot of bubbles, the machine will stop. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this laundry shop again. We usually go to Quicklean but since it was beyond 5pm, we looked around the area and I’ve never been as disappointed as my experience here.
