Bought a Sony a7riii and a 50mm lens in an event in Glorieta a month ago, with the promise of getting a free 1tb hard drive. After paying they told me I would be able to pick up the goods from this outlet in a few days (only after having paid). When I finally went to pick up the goods, the lens was not ready, no one knew about this lens even if they had one on display i could see and it reflected on my receipt i had bought it and had not picked it up. it took me an hour to pick my stuff up. except for the hard drive... Im still waiting for that. Camerahaus offers the worst purchasing experience I know. They should learn from their competitors.
