Very slow service. I'm waiting for more than an hour for an over-the-counter transaction even though there was just one person inside the branch.

bad customer service, there's no sense of urgency.my debitcard was captured by another bank's atm and they act as if they dont care, advising me to wait for the card to be handed over to the nearest branch,i told them i already called cs and closed my card for security.the banker told me my card has to be requested from manila and mailed to me.if i havent argued and told the banker i'll open an account with another bank so i can het instant card and i will tell my employer about how bad my experience is with this bank, the banker wouldnt cnsider giving me instant card.i guess she was just dismissing me so she cant process my card coz it would be a "work" for her. she was being lazy and unaccomodating.

Mayabang ang guard dito. Kung magsalita alam mo na lahat. kaya na nga pumunta sa office nila para magtanong at mag inquire. pa balagbag pa ang mga sagot. Kala napakaganda nang banko nila.
