this branch is the worst branch of union bank! customer service is very poor, not accommodating and the security guard is dismissive and has an attitude! i was forced to open a new bank account with another bank so i can transfer my money when my payroll comes in coz i dont want to deal with these branches in lapu-lapu. comparing to banilad branch,which i always have an exceptional experience when transacting in person, Tamiya and Pusok branch sucks.
