Very nice place! It was really great and we enjoyed our stay especially with the pool.

Construction still going on all around. Mcdonalds,coffee shops,convenience stores nearby. Lots of non filipino asians and white people. Globe internet sux around this area.

The building is quite dirty if you know where to look because its lobby can fool you. There was only 1 elevator working and don’t even try using the stairs unless you want to imagine being in a horror movie. The unit I stayed is well-maintained which I appreciated. The newtown beach is small and very crowded. Would recommend visiting Olango Island instead.
