New location is much better than the other. It’s near the Hosp. Restaurants & convenience store where you can pay your bills while waiting for your number to be called. Base on my experience, in 1 hour , tellers can accommodate 13-15 clients depending on the transaction. The best time to be here I guess, is lunchtime & first week of the month .

A security guard is very rude. He can't give proper assistance to a new customer. I was obviously confused and instead of explaining me things, he became argumentative.
There is available parking space in front. Queue is long but the guards are helpful. Inside, it is boring because the guard will not let you use your phone to pass the time.
The new location is better, and has a brighter workplace. The staff this time is friendlier and more helpful too. *Restroom can be found beside Landbank
if you're planning to go, expect to stand in line for 4 hours. bring a bottle of water, bring a stool/chair if u can, earphones- some music could help. start lining up at 7am or earlier...
Rude employee especially the one who answers calls this afternoon.
Rude staff, rude counter employee, they have different policy, they will tell you this today then tomorrow is a different thing, enhance your facilities , find ways to enhanced your customer's satisfaction. if only there is a zero feed back , that would be the one I'm going to give you.
